Thank you for information about categories of bulls. Sure, it can improve communication in Packet Radio.
If all members of our community will send mails, self opinions and experience, Q&A, etc. in different @WW.
Now in @WW bulls I read ~99% only automatic bulls: Keplerian data, news from robots, alert. There is not "human" communication between users and sysops, unfortunately: (May will after your message it be better, I hope.
