NEWS FOR THE MIDLANDS

We start with news from clubs that have several events this week. 
Worksop Amateur Radio Society continues its Advanced course tonight 
and next Sunday. There's a club night on Tuesday with participation 
in the UKAC. On Thursday there's a technical night with a talk on HF 
propagation and VOAprop. Friday sees the start of the camping

Coventry Amateur Radio Society has an open net on Monday from 8pm on 
145.375MHz and/or 7.16MHz ± QRM. On Friday there's a project

Gloucester Amateur Radio & Electronics Society has an informal and 
general operating evening on Monday. Wednesday sees the club net,

South Birmingham Radio Society is working in the shack on Monday and 
making plans for the Wythall rally stand. The regular coffee morning 
in the shack is on Tuesday from 11am. Thursday sees training classes 
with Dave Murphy, G8OWL. The trailer gets loaded on Saturday, and

Sutton Coldfield Amateur Radio Society has a club meeting on Monday.

Cheltenham Amateur Radio Association has its lunch on Tuesday,

NEWS FOR THE NORTH OF ENGLAND

We start with news from clubs that have several events this week. 
Denby Dale Radio Club is taking part in the WAB 80m Contest today 
from 1800-2200. Tuesday sees a shooting night. The club has had to 
postpone the surplus sale scheduled for the 16th and it is now a 
vintage radio evening. The surplus sale will now be on the 20th of

Stockport Radio Society is holding an Intermediate Exam on Monday. 
Tuesday sees preparation for the NARSA rally with the SRS Blackpool
