RSGB ISSUED LEGACY NOV's Now Invalid
Hi All,
If you are running Packet Radio Systems (TCPIP AX25 APRS Packet/Data System)
and beacons, still under the RSGB ISSUED LEGACY NOV.
You will need to read the Ofcom letter issued 26 October 2014, to clarify
the current position.

For a simple system, the NOV renewal system appears to be straight forward.
Once you have got all the required information together.
This information was passed to me by a fellow Radio Amateur.
So if like me, I had not seen it before.
My blood pressure monitor blew a gasket!!!
I expect there are many others active on Packet in various forms, that are
unaware of this letter.
There does seem to be a shortage of GB7### GB7## AX25/TCPIP systems listed on
http://www.ukrepeater.net/index.html
I found Steve G8SFR very helpful in assisting me with my NOV applications.
