NEWS FOR THE MIDLANDS
We start with news for clubs that have several events this week.
Worksop Amateur Radio Society continues its Intermediate course week
tonight and next Sunday. Tuesday sees a club night and participation
in the UKAC. On Thursday there's a technical night with construction,
Morse training, radio operation and data modes. Details from Paul,

Wythall Radio Club has its net on 145.225MHz or GB3WL from 8pm today
and next Sunday. On Monday the Intermediate courser continues and on
Tuesday it's the AGM plus a Morse class. Friday sees the regular

Coventry Amateur Radio Society has its open net on Monday from 8pm on

Gloucester Amateur Radio & Electronics Society is having an informal
and general operating evening on Monday. Wednesday and Thursday see

Lincoln Short-Wave Club is holding a committee meeting on Monday and
taking part in the 23cm UKCC on Tuesday. Wednesday sees a formal
meeting and on Thursday it's the club simplex net on 145.375MHz. The

South Birmingham Radio Society has a pre-AGM meeting on Monday.
Tuesday sees the regular coffee morning in the shack from 11am. On
