COFFEE RATIONING??? OH NO! I can't do without my morning wakeup juice! (;->)
I can understand recycling metals, but there's a little secret hiding in
recycling rubber. Unlike metal it can't be put in the mix and come out new,
it can only be ground to powder and used as filler. Pssst, don't tell
anybody, the government will lose credibility and trust.
