NEWS FOR THE MIDLANDS
Now for news for clubs with several events this week. Worksop Amateur
Radio Society is holding its Intermediate exam today. On Tuesday
there's a club night and the UKACs. Thursday sees a technical night
with construction, Morse training, radio operation and data modes.

Wythall Radio Club has its net on 145.225MHz or GB3WL from 8pm today
and next Sunday. Tuesday sees a Morse class and club meeting. Friday

Coventry Amateur Radio Society has its open net on Monday from 8pm on
145.375MHz FM and/or 7.16MHz ± QRM. On Thursday there's an open net
from 8pm on 50.175MHz SSB. Friday sees an open net on 145.375Mz

Lincoln Short-Wave Club has a committee meeting on Monday and a
formal meeting on Wednesday. The club net is on Thursday from 8pm on
