NEWS FOR THE MIDLANDS

We start with clubs that have several events this week. Wythall Radio
Club has its net on 145.225 or GB3WL from 8pm tonight and next
Sunday. On Monday there's a curry night and on Tuesday there's an Ask
the Panel session. Friday sees the regular nibbles night in the

Coventry Amateur Radio Society has its open net on Monday from 8pm on
145.375MHz FM and or 7.16MHz SSB ± QRM. On Thursday there's an open
net from 8pm on 50.175MHz SSB. Friday sees the construction

South Birmingham Radio Society is spending Monday checking the
aerials for contests and field days. Tuesday sees the regular coffee
morning in the shack from 11am and on Wednesday there are the regular

Salop Amateur Radio Society has its club CW net on Tuesday from

We start with advance notice that Chesham & District Amateur Radio
Society is starting a Foundation training course on Sunday 12
