NEWS FOR THE MIDLANDS

We start with clubs that have several events this week. Wythall Radio 
Club has its net on 145.225MHz or GB3WL from 8pm today and next 
Sunday. On Tuesday the results of the Christmas contest will be 
revealed and Friday sees the regular nibbles night in the shack.

Coventry Amateur Radio Society has an open net from 8pm on 145.375MHz 
FM and or 7.16MHz ± QRM SSB. On Thursday there's an open net on 
50.175MHz SSB from 8pm. Friday sees a talk by G8SEQ on the KW 200 and 
safety measures when working with high voltage equipment. Contact

South Birmingham Radio Society is sorting rally stock on Monday. 
Tuesday sees the regular coffee morning in the shack from 11am and

Hinckley Amateur Radio and Electronics Society is taking part in the

NEWS FOR THE NORTH OF ENGLAND

We start with news that a Foundation training course is being run on 
the Isle of Man in March. Starting on Sunday 5 March and leading to
