NEWS FOR THE MIDLANDS

We start with clubs that have several events this week. Cheltenham 
Amateur Radio Association has a net from 8.30am today and next Sunday 
on 50.220MHz USB. On Tuesday there's the slow CW net around

Midland Amateur Radio Society is visiting Telford Hamfest today. 
Wednesday sees an open meeting with the shack on the air and training

South Birmingham Radio Society is at the Telford Hamfest today, and 
there's a debrief on Monday. Tuesday sees the regular coffee morning 
in the shack from 11am, then a session resorting and packing rally

Wythall Radio Club has its regular net at 8pm today and next Sunday 
on 145.225MHz or GB3WL. On Tuesday there's a Morse class and free 'n

Coventry Amateur Radio Society has an open net on Monday from 8pm on 
145.375MHz FM and / or 7.16MHz SSB ± QRM. Thursday sees an open net 
from 8pm on 50.175MHz SSB and on Friday there's a net on 145.375MHz 
FM in lieu of the normal meeting. Next Saturday and Sunday sees the

Lincoln Short-Wave Club is having a natter and nibbles night on
