Commentary:
WX1DER: busy doing finances and shopping for mom, had to take laptop to shop, either the power supply or it died, won't get to it til Wednesday, weather is supposed to be stormy, been trying to catch up on work on BBS, didn't get to Hamcation, hamfest days are over, will be at the Arkansas Railroad Museum Show and Sale in Pine Bluff on April 7
KF5TVG: was at Broken Arrow monthly club meeting last week, we have a new administration, there's a nice hamfest near Tulsa called the Green Country hamfest in Claremore, usually has nice prizes, worth it to go!, satellite project going well, was able hear SO-50 going back, working on putting together an Allstar half-duplex repeater, using an even cheaper Baofeng radio, a Baofeng 888s
KF5JRV: it was a cold weather weekend, got some things fixed that had been broke for a while, fixing up the house I grew up in for a weekend retreat, going to try the off grid thing, got seed potatoes at the store Friday, Spring gardening has officially started, Jackie ready to put up the green house as soon as weather warms up a bit,
N9LCF: weather and flu season is the main topic here, 3 med runs already during this net time, around a foot of the white stuff on the ground, Charlotte MI has about 3 feet on the ground there,
KJ6TQ: an icy week in Southwest Missouri, freezing drizzle last Tuesday, almost slid through an intersection, binge watched Netflix, gonna take the boy and meet a friend for some archery practice, Caleb becoming quite the archer, adding an MMDVM board to my 70 cm repeater, getting ready for Skywarn severe weather spotter training coming up in a week in Springfield, can attest to awesomeness of Claremore OK hamfest, Caleb in doing some Spanish homework
VA7RBP: rough week, mom passed away last Tuesday, she went peacefully in her sleep, she was heavily medicated for the cancer pain, she's in a better place now, got up on roof to work on antennas today, found TEE that joins 40m and 80m dipole in pieces, re-oriented 40M dipole, mounted 20M dipole, waiting for new TEE to hook it up, re-orientation seems to be working, picked up stations in MI and ME this afternoon, or maybe due to fixing the connection, 80M damaged by a wind gust, silly mistake, just let go for a second
