update 28.2.2018
Further news update from Ken sysOp GB7COW.
GB7COW still offline.
The large ISP Provider 'Engineers' have been out
and they identified that Ken's ISP connection has been terminated at the
wrong cabinet in his Village.
Now, he has to wait for up to ten days, for the ISP feed to be reconnected to
the other cabinet 'OW' Engineers.
