NEWS FOR THE MIDLANDS
We start with news from clubs that have several events this week.
Burton Amateur Radio Club has an open net today and next Sunday from
10am on 145.575MHz. On Wednesday there's a club night and Thursday
sees an open net on 145.575MHz from 8pm. Contact Rob McCracken,

Lincoln Short Wave Club has GB2CWP on the air today from 10am in
NAAFI for the East Kirkby Squadron Reunion. On Wednesday there's a
natter and nibbles night and on Thursday it's the repeater net via
GB3LM from 8pm. Saturday sees the regular surgery & open shack from
9.30am plus VHF/UHF National Field Day, which continues into Sunday.

Loughborough & District Amateur Radio Club is visiting the Hermitage
Model Railway in Whitwick on Tuesday. Next Saturday sees a club

On Saturday Bangor & District Amateur Radio Society is holding its
annual rally at Donaghadee Community Centre, Parade, Donaghadee
