Burton Amateur Radio Club has an open net on 145.575MHz today and

Gloucester Amateur Radio & Electronics Society has informal

NEWS FOR THE NORTH OF ENGLAND

NEWS FOR THE SOUTH WEST

We start with news that the Bath Radio Classes team will be running 
an Intermediate course from the 31st of October. This will be their 
last under the current syllabus. Classes will be on Wednesday 
evenings, from 7 to 9pm, at the Scout HQ in central Bath. The cost 
will be about GBP 80 including textbook, exam and room hire. An

Mid Cornwall Beacon and Repeater Group wish to alert us that the 2m 
repeater for Cornwall and west Devon, GB3NC, has suffered a logic 
failure. It is being repaired, but in the meantime the repeater is 
using a very simple logic of only responding to CTCSS tone of 77Hz 
and no courtesy pips. It is hoped the repairs to the logic will not 
take too long, but please bear with them. You can contact them online
