This is unreal, these 2 packages are from 2003, still working in Windows 7 !
1) Paxon Packet Terminal (Version 2.00.1114 Beta)

Just configure an axip udp driver (channel 0), point to your destination axudp,
and make sure you have one going back to the pc you're running this on, this is
very nice, and extremely useful, especially if you're trying to develop code
and you have no radio ports handy.
