We found the other day that we had to (each) phone up to revalidated our
four licences on our address.
Due to the password associated with our logon email address and password
used last time was rejected.
Expect that network security policy states accounts not used in the past
three months must be disabled.
We phone the 0300 support number and found the Ofcom staff very helpful
and only took a few minutes for each of the phone calls. From each licenced
member of our family.
One of the email address was changed to a new USERNAME based login. Instead
of using the original email address login.
Summary there are two log in methods
email address / password
USERNAME / password.
Just got one more family member to update theirs
