If two users are running AX.25, do their paclengths need to match?
e.g. One user has his/hers set at 32b, and nother user at 236, would
there be problems. Folks running 300bd packet are running paclen
that is shorter than what I understand to be specified. They are
running 32b or 64b. By understanding is that they need to be at
least 134b. However, this seems to work for them. I am
running 236 because of the need for 20b of NETROM payload at the front
of an AX.25 frame.
Thoughts?
