Here is a config for BPQ32 for VARA HF for the node.
This will also work with VARA FM, although there are some different
paramters for it that go after the 'CONFIG' keyword.
VARC(c) is not compatible and not supported, it is a stand-alone
Windows-only chat app. This VARA configuration for BPQ32 will also
run on Linux LinBPQ.
