I am hearing this from many areas, whether domestic or worldwide (VK, etc).
Things ran so much more smoothly before the ill-advised and disastrous portal
cutover on April 3rd, 2024.

I am still getting the runaround from Chris. For the xx time, I have been asked
to verify my identity by uploading an official copy of my FCC license. Talk
about delaying tactics to put people off. I used to think the US Army was bad,
"hurry up and wait". This is ridiculous. I don't see how anyone gets anything
done with them, or why they even bother. Is it really worth all of this? I'll
let you know when (and if) I get Chris to finally act on my last request, after
jumping through all of the hoops.
