(SA-030) on 18-21 August. QSL to Grupo Eco Radio, Casilla de

EI - A team from the Lagan Valley Amateur Radio Society (GI4GTY) will
be active as EJ0L from Arranmore Island (EU-121) on 18-22 August.
They will operate CW, SSB and maybe RTTY on 80, 40, 20 and 15

F - Geoffrey, F4FVI and Sulivan, F4FGV will be active as TM16IDP from
Pilier Island (EU-064) on 14 August. They will operate SSB on 40
and 20 metres for about three hours between 10 and 14 UTC. QSL via

F - Arbo, PH0AS will be active as F/PH0AS from Re Island (EU-032) on

HL - Four operators from the Pyongtaek DX Club (D90HE) will be active
from Anmyon Island (AS-080) on 13-15 August. They will operate as
D90HE/3 (QSL via DS2GOO), 6K2CEW/3 (QSL via home call), 6K2GUF/3
(QSL via DS2GOO), 6K2JFW/3 (QSL via home call) and 6K2JQL/3 (QSL
via DS2GOO) on 40-10 metres CW, SSB and digital modes. [TNX

OJ0 - DJ4MF, DL2JRM, DL3DXX and DO6XX will be active again as OJ0DX from
Market Reef (EU-053) on 11-16 August. They will operate CW, SSB
and RTTY on 80-6 metres with two stations, and will participate in

UA - Celebrating the Games of the XXXI Olympiad being held in Rio de
Janeiro, special Russian callsign R31RIO will be active on 5-21

CLUB LOG'S MOST WANTED LIST ---> The latest Most Wanted List, generated on

DAYTON 2017 ---> Hara Arena, the home of Hamvention since 1964, is closing,
and next year’s event will be held at a new location in the Dayton area,
namely the Greene County Fair & Exposition Center in Xenia. “Please rest
assured we will have the event on the same weekend [19-21 May, Ed.]ö, the
Hamvention General Chairman said, “and, since it will be in the region, the
current accommodations and outside events already planned for Hamvention
2017 should not be affectedö.

visit to the McGill Arctic Research Station. QSL for this operation only is

+ SILENT KEY + Krzysztof Slomczynski, SP5HS passed away on 1 August at the
age of 81. He was one of the most prominent Polish radio amateurs. A member
and an officer of the Polish Amateur Radio Union (PZK) for may years, he
served as Secretary General (1970-74), President (1990-92) and ARDF
