B. Proton Events: None.
C. Geomagnetic Activity Summary: The geomagnetic field is likely to
become disturbed and reach unsettled levels, with an isolated period
of active conditions on days one and two (24-25 Dec) in response to
CH HSS effects. The geomagnetic response is expected to weaken to
primarily quiet to unsettled levels by day three (26 Dec) as CH HSS
effects wane.
