B. Proton Events: The greater than 10 MeV proton flux almost
completely recovered to background levels from a 3pfu enhancement on
20 Sep, following the west limb CME associated with the M2 flare
from Region 2420.
C. Geomagnetic Activity Summary: The geomagnetic field began at a
pair of periods with unsettled levels, before decreasing to quiet
conditions for the remainder of the day.
