Hello All!
In 16 years CX2SA never modified any route.
I know very well the packet rules.
Janusz has accused me without any technical basis, and I did not like
that.
He could have consulted me privately and not accuse me in public.
Maybe, I would have helped him find the source of the problem.
I followed the R:LINES of the bulletins and saw that an italian station
changes to @WW.
I asked HP2BWJ my friend Jose Luis to send the weather bulletins via CEAM.
It was understood that they were more appropiate for the Caribbean region.
For this simple reason, it's not me who change the routes. HI HI HI
Even, MY bulletins that are ORIGINALLY in MY BBS are via ARL or via AMSAT
have all been changed to WW by IK1NHL.
Please read to the end.

Para el Atlantico Norte...Mar Caribe y Golfo de Mexico:
Un area alargada de baja presion continua produciendo aguaceros y
tronadas desorganizados sobre el centro del Mar Caribe, asi como
porciones de Republica Dominicana y el norte de Columbia. No se
espera que este sistema se desarrolle a ciclon tropical debido a los
vientos fuertes en los niveles altos mientras se mueve generalmente
hacia el norte durante los proximos dias. Sin embargo, lluvias
localmente fuertes son posibles sobre porciones de la costa norte de
Colombia, el este de Republica Dominicana, y Puerto Rico durante el
fin de semana. Para mas informacion sobre la amenaza de las lluvias
fuertes, favor referirse a los productos emitidos por su oficina
local del Servicio Meteorologico.
