This recent message from Argentina was obviously meant for a "local" distro,
but wound up making it's way through Canada and down to my "HOLD" area.  Can
we all figure out how to handle the different routing please?  I only send
out WW and USA bulletins and trap the others that come in that are meant
for other locales.
