Why are there non-delivery notifications being sent out for bulletins?
This might make sense for personal messages, but certainly not for bulletins.
Imagine the extra traffic being created because a bulletin was not read on
a few hundred or a thousand different systems worldwide. Look in the settings
of your software and turn this off for bulletins at least.
