WiFi channels in the 5GHz spectrum are available in 20MHz, 40MHz, and 80MHz channels.

WiFi channels 132 (5660 MHz) through 183 (5915 MHz) are within the 5cm amateur radio spectrum. That breaks down to:
* 11, 20MHz channels - ~150 Mbps
* 4, 40MHz channels - ~300 Mbps
* 2 - 80MHz channels - ~900 Mbps

Wikipedia has a wonderful chart that depicts overlap of channels.[0]

Channels 165, 169, and 173 are all 20MHz channels with no overlap of 40 or 80 MHz channels.

Channels 132, 136, 140, 144, 149, 153, 157, and 161 are all 20MHz channels that can be joined together to create 40 and 80 MHz channels.

Channels 134, 142, 151, and 159 are all 40MHz channels.

Channels 138 and 155 are 80MHz channels.
