Strong high pressure will dominate the weather across the western two
thirds of the country through Sunday. Strong offshore wind will develop
over the Southwest/Southern California producing Santa Ana wind over the
region through Saturday.
Meanwhile, cold air and upper-level energy will move over the Great Lakes
producing lake effect snow downwind from the Great Lakes through Sunday.
