The source was not released and it was written in VisualBASIC 5 or 6. It
would be better to start from scratch. I suspect it hasn't been done in al
these years because:
the Internet Idiots killed packet!
I chck my local packet system and see that I'm the only user who has
accessed it within the last year or more! They use FlexNET here so it is
easy to check.
