I'm assuming that you're looking for something to run natevly in Windows
7-10 but in a pinch you could if you have Win 7 Pro use Virtual XP mode or
in Win 10 Pro run XP in a Hyper-V Client. If you don't have Pro then there
is VirtualBox or VMware Workstation Player ( They used to just call it
Player.) The issue is getting a pre activated copy of XP which you can do
with XP Mode but with the others you'll need to find some way to
"Activate" XP. There are instructions on the web for getting XP Mode to
work in Virtual or VMware.
I use an old XP computer running WinPack 6.80.
