While looking at the morning bulletin list as I try to do, I've been noticing
mail coming in as bulletins to a full heirarchical address which should never
happen. I went to the original source and listed the bulletin (why doesn't
BPQ BBS allow for verbose reads?? Is this software above troubleshooting
tools or something?) and saw it listed:

I note that the change appears to happen at VE3CGR/JNOS2. I'll guess for now
because of the dupe brackets, but I could be off on this. On another note;
I filter @NA as a group bulletin so this would be how it's listed on my FBB.
