many isp (even in Argentina) no longer give ipv4
I will explain how to do for the fbb
accept ipv6 connections (linux)

install 6tunnel
run --> 6tunnel -6 6300 127.0.0.1 6100
set port.sys port to --> 17D4
now your bbs accepts ipv6

Free Dynamic DNS
Get hostnames for your dynamic IPv4 and IPv6 addresses within seconds

https://dynv6.com/

Use our update script --> https://gist.github.com/corny/7a07f5ac901844bd20c9
We provide a nice script that updates your address at dynv6.
You can run it with:

token=wEtfeWw9vMc45GnW6wacd1M8L-iGR3 ./dynv6.sh example.dynv6.net

Optionally have cron execute the script every 5 mins or so.
Nothing will be sent if your IP hasn't changed.

crontab -e to open your editor
Add the line */5 * * * * token=Q-4pOEg4UyAuq8mySeWgAJfiGWXHtQ ./dynv6.sh test123x.dynv6.net
save and close editor

----------------------------

My bbs is lu9dce.dynv6.net port 6300
only accepts ipv6 connections
if you want to have fwd send me an email to lu9dce@gmx.com
