Not every sysop uses correct setttings for his node ant that way when a
link is established and from one side things can mesh up.
All is possible but in commision not like this way.
Setting a quality of 0 is no option.. the complete route to LU goes trough
lu9dce-4 and all the nodes are not reachable now..
