Node A has a broadcast interval of 10 mins and an counter of 5
Node B has a broadcast interval of 60 mins and a counter of 5
Both are " linked " to each other
Node A misses a broadcast from node B and node B and associated nodes drop out of Node A list
Node B can link to node A as node A is still in node B list
Node A cannot link to node B or associated nodes
