I power on my six TNC's at one or two minute Intervals
so that the cw idents do no key up all the transmitters
at the same time.

Also the Beacons  broadcasts are set for each interface
are different minutes past the hour. 
Again for the same re reason.

Node Broadcasts are only active on two interfaces at a 
time...

Ask yourself "doyou have so many new nodes coming online"
that you need to run node broadcasts every 15 minutes?
