Like with any network transport, internet isn't 100%. I also see many BPQ
sysops using dynamic hostname services such as dyndns/no-ip/etc which when
a host's IP changes it still takes a while for the client to update the DNS
host's site with the proper information thus making links appear. Static IP
based axip links typically are a bit more stable, and using the amprnet
helps achive this.

Several issues here:
- automapping allows cracking into the network by CBers, pirates, and
others we don't want on our network world-wide.
- locking in routes defeates the dynamic routing that NetRom is supposed
to offer.

If you believe this to be true then you won't believe in using autoaddmap :)
