Sure. I used in the past TNC2 as a personal mailbox (without PC 
running). Now using SCS Tracker for APRS (when switch PC off).

Also plan to try it for robust packet *with* PC. But after I get more 
experience with SCS Dragon (pactor+robust).

Ok, I use LinkedIn for promoting ham radio. Various way are possible.

At this stage I look for more pactor contacts. Mostly I am on 14.108,90 
MHz but also on 7.044,00 in the afternoons, etc ...
