Using 7XXXXX as the topic name (like 7Photo, 7Soft) is fine as well
As long as 7 plus files are easy to track.

I only suggested "7 plus" (The space is intended so the word is not 
blacklisted) so it's even easier to find.

But both ideas should work. We just all have to agree to ONE convention and 
follow it.

As for the filezise, I guess I don't have enough information to comment on 
this one. I will leave this to the community. but as long as we all have an 
agreement, everyone's life should be easier.
