Hello all again,
Seems that I managed to do what I had asked above. For the RX side I
used a kind of a "splitter" adapter (divider, or whatever you name it)
that inserts itself into the 6.3 mm headphones jack of FT-1000MP and has
two 3.5 mm outputs, so that way I got two 3.5mm jacks for receiving
audio by both modem/interfaces.
For the TX side, I purchased two male 8-pin microphone plugs and also
one female 8-pin microphone plug (of the version that goes to a cable,
not to an enclosure box etc.). So I just soldered two very short peaces
of UTP/FTP cable, their ends to respective pins of both male plugs (to
produce a single one plug) and attached that cable end to the female
plug, which I then inserted to the microphone jack of the radio.
Both RX and TX works with two modems/interfaces and one radio, without
any need to pull out / push in respective audio cables.
