I have a station running during the day, square halo 10 ft above my house
in Winnipeg, 20 watts, will gate APRS if anything appears on frequency. You
can also try and connect with RPR as well. This is now a full time
station to
serve (or attempt to serve) robust packet on 17 meters during any openings.
Being a higher latitude puts me on the fringe to Europe and UK in the
morning,
chances are not great, but I will leave it anyways, and cross my fingers ...
