Bob,

I saw your post to the BB.

There is a Mailman setting that determines whether or not you get a copy of
your post. See the last line of each BB message for the URL to view and
change your Subscription settings. How do you have that set?

If that is set for you to get copies of your posts, check your junk mail
folder. Regardless, your message did post.

Last night's BB post appeared without a problem (
http://www.amsat.org/pipermail/amsat-bb/2018-August/069380.html).

By default, Gmail is configured to not show your own post reflected from a
mailing list. There is a way to change this behavior, but otherwise you can
check the archives to be sure your message is posted.

About ARISS:

Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS) is a cooperative
venture of international amateur radio societies and the space agencies that
support the International Space Station (ISS). In the United States,
sponsors are the Radio Amateur Satellite Corporation (AMSAT), the American
Radio Relay League (ARRL), the Center for the Advancement of Science in
Space (CASIS) and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
The primary goal of ARISS is to promote exploration of science, technology,
engineering, and mathematics (STEM) topics by organizing scheduled contacts
via amateur radio between crew members aboard the ISS and students in
classrooms or informal education venues. With the help of experienced
amateur radio volunteers, ISS crews speak directly with large audiences in a
variety of public forums. Before and during these radio contacts, students,
teachers, parents, and communities learn about space, space technologies,
and amateur radio. For more informa
 tion, see www.ariss.org, www.amsat.org, and www.arrl.org.

Hello

There has been reports from Individuals on Facebook that the ISS Packet is
functional again. And http://ariss.net does show packets received. I
believe there was reports of spoofing a few months back. Can anyone

Hi Scott!

The last pass around 1600 UTC was too low for me to try
from Arizona, but the pass before that one (around 1420
UTC) was a good one down here. Only two other stations
were on, and I exchanged APRS messages with both of them.
Most of that pass was picked up by gateways, and showed
up on the ariss.net and aprs.fi web sites. Nice to see
ISS packet on again...

The ISS packet doesn?t go up until the next Progress. You?re probably
hearing the recently released Malaysian birds that digipeat with the same ID
as the ISS. I?m out and about, so I can?t provide links/details at the moment
