Ok, just so that I am clear - I can run one dashboard (i.e funcube
dashboard) and it will decode FunCube, NAYIF-1 and JY1SAT telemetry
correctly identifying the source satellite and send that data to the
warehouse and the correct telemetry for the correct satellite get put in
the right place?

I have just started playing around with decoding FunCube and NAYIF
telemtry, and lookin forward to JY1SAT and have been trying to devise a
plan on how to do all three at the same time.

I was going to run one instance of each of the dashboards and schedule a
receiver to change frequencies for a specific satellite when in view but
it sounds like I can just one dashboard and feed it with my one receiver
with it's scheduled frequency changes.

Is that correct?

My rove to the south Texas grids was a success. San Angelo to Corpus
Christi (EL17) to Brownsville (EL15) to Laredo (EL07)
to San Antonio (EL09) and back home to San Angelo. Total of 1309 miles.

The weather was cold (record cold for south Texas), drizzly and windy in
EL17 and just cold and windy in EL15, but the
weather improved by the time we got to EL07.

I activated grids EL06, 07, 08, 09, 15, 16, 17 and 18 logging 138 QSOs.

All QSOs have been uploaded to LoTW. I had a few brief recording dropouts
on two of the passes, but I think I got everyone.
If you don't see a match in LoTW, email me with the details and I will check
the recording.

Anyone desiring a hard copy QSL card can email me and I'll send out one of
my rover cards. No need for an SASE.

Hi

I am going to do a quick change to the Apache config on data.amsat-uk.org
(the Nayif1 server) tomorrow to point it to data2 just to check the load for
a couple of hours.

I will pump back any data we get into the existing warehouse along with any
points accrued.

Many thanks for your patience in helping to get JY1Sat and ESEO data right
first time.

As with FUNcube, UKube and Nayif we will know who uploads the Epoch packet :-)

Yesterday I had good return on AO-7 until 2? of elevation over USA covering
the east coast.

Unfortunatelly nobody was there to answer my calls.

I will try again today.

Hopefully I can find a satellite operator there.

Hi,

I am testing the redirect for a hour or so.

Your scores on the existing warehouse will not increment (i will fix up
later) but you can see your scores and the data at:

http://data2.amsat-uk.org/ranking

and

Hi,

My apologies but I need to capture some frames from FC1 so there is a
redirect going on for about 30 minutes.

Will switch it back later (scores will be amended appropriately)

Hi Gopal,

For the downlink for es'hail 2 is on 10.5GHz for which DTH PLL STB + DTG
dish can be used with an SDR. For the uplink on 2.4 Ghz? we do not have the
allocation in VU for satellite service.

Hence I will be more on the listening mode using DTH STB + SDR.

Commercial products are available
