<So Ashhar bird is called Fox-1Cliff correct?

No. It is Exseedsat. Whatever program you use, you will need the Keps for
it. So far, we do not have objects for all the satellites deployed, and few
of those have been more than tentatively identified. As they are
identified, they will be added to the AMSAT and other sources.

I've listened for the past couple of nights and only heard JY1-SAT, ITASAT,
AO-95 and MOVE-II around those frequencies. Nothing heard from Exceed on
145.900 MHz.

I reported to Nitin that I had seen it (was watching a display while trying
to get Fox-1Cliff telemetry). But I think I was mistaken looking at the
wrong freq. I did not see it at all this morning.

I'm wondering if that might have caused a crash before we had established
the "T0" time. That means the UTC time at which the satellite would report
its uptime as 0 and is how we calculate the UTC time of the downlink.

Of course not having a T0 time did not last very long, so that might
explain it.

Ashhar Farhan's bird is ExseedSat-1 and not Fox-1Cliff (AO-95).
ExseedSat-1's downlink is on 145.900 MHz. You can use the Fox-1Cliff TLEs
as both the sats were on the same pod during launch. As far as I know, no
one has heard ExseedSat-1 beacon.

As per title. With my limited setup I am not able to decode any
telemetry from AO-85 anymore. It still comes through the squelch on my
rig+discone, but S/N ratio on my SDR+ArrowAlaska is about half what it
normally was and with fading added there is no long enough sequence for
decoding frames.

I have several raw IQ captures from last few days with the new satellites
passing and am trying to decode the AX.25 packets from two of them. I'm
using SDRSharp to reply them and pull the signals out using USB mode. I've
already replayed them successfully and decoded both JY1-Sat and AO-95 using
their respective software packages, but I'm having trouble figuring out
ITASAT and MOVE-2. I'm using Virtual Audio Cable to loop back the audio and
UZ7HO Sound modem in an attempt to decode them. For ITASAT, it's set to
1200 bps BPSK and for MOVE-2, I'm using the 9600 baud variant of BPSK Sound
modem from his site. However, efforts have been fruitless to get it to
resolve any packets. Any pointers for these satellites would be appreciated.

We have not had any time to look at it trying to deal with the launch and
testing of AO-95 (Fox-1Cliff). We let it turn into safe mode when it had
some odd behavior. However, the safe mode telemetry seems to be fine. I'm
surprised that the power seems low to you. It should be sending two strong
frame of telemetry and then "resting" for two minutes, then repeating.

When I first that AO-85 was having issues and had entered safe mode, I
decided I should go out and help collect some of the telemetry with my
handheld yagi. From what I recall, I didn't help have any trouble hearing
the beacon and was able to get FoxTelem to decode two frames during that
one beacon. I then decided it was too cold to wait for the next beacon and
went back inside. It did get me thinking, how likely is it that my attempt
there to collect those frames was unique? I have credit for them on the
dashboard, but were those duplicates from others or were those telemetry
packets ones that might never have been captured if I didn't go outside to
collect them?

Just curious,

First, thank you for doing that! You can never tell what will be
important, even days or weeks later.

But as to your question, the data to find the answer probably exists, but
it is not a standard thing to get out of the database, so I don't know how
to find it.

You can get a general idea within 90 minutes or so by looking on the
leaderboard, where it will tell you how many people collected data during
the last orbit. Check to see if there are others from 7-land. I know that
I once looked and saw that I was the only one despite being in the US
Northeast where there are a lot of hams.

Sorry I can't answer the question directly...

ExseedSat has been heard, but is sporadic.? Along with telemetry from
Cliff, if stations with big ears can listen for ExseedSat and report
here that would be appreciated.
