Ballots had to be in yesterday, 9/15/20. They are going to be counted
today. After the Secretary counts the ballots and verifies the results
he will then make notifications. It is a one person army doing the work.
Be patient.

Andy -
As you know Yaesu bought out the Kenpro rotator product line.
?
At one time, Peter G3IBI had spare parts for Kenpro. Contact him.
http://www.g3ibi.co.uk/spares
==
On March 11, 2011 the T?hoku earthquake and tsunami moved the main island of
Japan Honshu 2.4 meters (8 feet) to the East. The Fukushima and Miyagi
prefectures received significant damage and some areas totally destroyed.
This was a significant disruption, and changed the Asian electronics
supplier channel.
Many small electronics suppliers/subcontractors were in this Japanese
region. This resulted in parts and assembly shortages for many industries
(automobile, appliance, amateur radio). Eventually Japanese mfg. pivoted to
other Asian suppliers.
==
In March 2012, the Yaesu/Kenpro azimuth motor failed on the G-5500 Az-El
rotator system owned by David Palmer, KB5WIA. He contacted Yaesu USA Parts,
but they formed him that they had no replacement AZ motors (at the time ?
2011 T?hoku).
?
Here are the steps and photos that KB5WIA took to DIY Disassemble and Rewind
that Azimuth motor.

Not sure if everyone that purchases through Amazon Smile gets these messages
or only me for setting it up. That is a nice chink of change for AMSAT
through the genorsity of members and Amazon.

There was a packet with a large sequence number in it. Which caused one of
the upload traps to activate.

I have been on holiday and released the trap last night. Uploads are working
again and I will be updating the scores this evening.

The subject line was something I started last month. The word "virus"

I don't think it was AMSAT-BB that was hacked. Email headers can
easily be set to almost anything, but the Sender you mentioned does
not even mention amsat.org in the email address. Here is what I see
for you:

Joe Leikhim via AMSAT-BB <amsat-bb@?????.???>

>From your email:

sender: AMSAT-BB <erkan@??????????.???.??>

Check the original email headers for the email, in particular, any
received headers and see if anything actually appears to be going
through amsat.org. Better than that, see if the bogus emails are
actually in the thread list on amsat.org:

AMSAT bb is unable to forward attachments. If you look at the headers you
will probably see it did not come from AMSAT.
