ARISS Contact Applications (United States)

The Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS) Program is
seeking formal and informal education institutions and organizations,
individually or working together, to host an Amateur Radio contact with a
crew member on board the ISS. ARISS anticipates that the contact would be
held between July 1, 2021 and December 30,
2021. Crew scheduling and ISS orbits will determine the exact contact dates.
To maximize these radio contact opportunities, ARISS is looking for
organizations that will draw large numbers of participants and integrate the
contact into a well-developed education plan.

Burns,
Thank you for the reply. I have foxtelem 1.07y, 1.08p, 1.08z3 and 1.09n3
installed on this computer each in its own directory. 1.07y and 1.08p
launch and run properly. 1.08z3 and 1.09n3 each have the error message and
do not start. All programs were downloaded and installed in the same
manner. They are all on the same SSD and installed under a Windows
administrator account. There is not a run directory in properties on any of
the four versions. The computer only has one account/user which is the
administrator. Properties on the folder do not list read only. At a loss
as to why 2 older versions run and the last two versions do not run. Not
being a Windows wizard I do not know where to go from here.

ARISS Contact Applications (United States)

The Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS) Program is
seeking formal and informal education institutions and organizations,
individually or working together, to host an Amateur Radio contact with a
crew member on board the ISS. ARISS anticipates that the contact would be
held between July 1, 2021 and December 30,
2021. Crew scheduling and ISS orbits will determine the exact contact dates.
To maximize these radio contact opportunities, ARISS is looking for
organizations that will draw large numbers of participants and integrate the
contact into a well-developed education plan.

The deadline to submit a proposal is November 24th, 2020; the window has now
