Andrew,

Do you think that the 17 times you've asked for administrator privileges to
the AMSAT website in public just since September 13th didn't get your
point across? The question was obviously rhetorical since here you are in
someone elses thread with your 'OMG LOOK AT ME I CAN HAZ TYPING TOO!1!'
reply.

I have no official position within AMSAT, but at this point as an IT
professional myself, I would have serious reservations about continuing to
support AMSAT if they DID give you access to modify the website. You
obviously have nothing else better to do with your time but troll a group
dedicated to making a hobby more enjoyable for it's members.
Congratulations on fitting perfectly into the stereotypical
"know-it-all-but-can't-tie-my-shoes" IT guy mold. You're the reason I have
to spend half of my day just being nice to people that IT guy's have upset
because they don't have any common decency.

TL:DR: Piss off.

Satellite Aficionados,

Due to a scheduled knee replacement, I will not be participating in
this year's Symposium/Cruise. However, since all the Sat Ops will
be on the Ship, I volunteer to be one of the few stations still at home
for you all to have someone to contact. ? ;-)

BTW, I've been to Cozumel several times and found it to be a very
nice place for shore excursions. I recommend the Dune Buggy Tour
which circumnavigates the island and makes a number of interesting
stops at beaches, a lunch/bar, scenic viewpoints and a Tequila distillary
offering generous samples. Vehicles are standard shift. Motorscooters
are readily available for rental if you want to venture on your own. But,
extreme caution is necessary since the main town is very busy and the
traffic uses "Mexican Rules" - whoever gets there first has the right
of way. Via con Dios!

Come with an open mind and be prepared to meet a lot of interesting people.
The presentation schedule, soon to be published, is a little lighter than in
past years (10 on the docket.) That being said, multiple projects are
underway and there will be plenty to discuss.

Thank You to everyone that made suggestions, it's working now but I'm
not sure what the fix was, I deleted everything related to foxtelem off
my pc and re-installed it and then used lower case wa6fwf and it is
working...

On October 2, 2016 while I was maritime mobile in FN61 during the UTC time
of 1948 - 1959 I worked a bunch of stations on SO50. My recorder, however,
failed on me ( I must have hit the stop button) so I lost the record for
most of the qsos I made. I do remember working wc7v, w5pfg, nx9b, and
n8hm. There were several others. If you were one of those I worked then
please respond via this email address: lee.ernstrom@xxxxxxxx.xxx so that I
can record the contacts in my paper log. Thanks, Doc, C6AQD/MM

PS. I will upload my qsos to LOTW using the call C6AQD (no /MM).
Anyone who wishes to receive a paper QSL please email me and I will send
you one. No need for your card or sase.

Thanks for the correction, Alan. I recall have trouble with something
like "Fox Labs" in the beginning, perhaps that existed way back then and
was fixed, perhaps I just need to be fixed! :-D

Hello all,

Pratham has been identified as object 41783, 2016-059A. However we have not
been able to track the satellite with these TLE's. If you could please
track the satellite with these TLE's and confirm with us it would be really
appreciable. Thank you.

Kind regards.
Team Pratham!
