Greetings;
As has been an issue in the past, some bulletins generated on BPQ 6.0.20+
on Windows is coming through without an EOF character again. This causes
my MFNOS (DOS) node to hang waiting for an EOF during mail forwarding and
when it doesn't receive one and times out this causes it to crash and exit.
^Z is pretty standard with any sort of messaging protocols so it'd be very
appreciated if this could get fixed.
