What is port 1 and 3?

Assuming port 3 is your RF port then fix the syntax of the line. Too many "="

If port 1 is an AXIP or telnet port then you should not need that line.

The Digimap statement given by K5GEO is correct, but if your RF port is port 3 then change it to reflect port 3.

Digimap 3=3,IS


You could have two RF ports, I don't know. In the states we generally use only one frequency for APRS and so only have the one APRSPath statement. And we do not generally beacon APRS data on packet frequencies.
