Hi Jean,

- TCPPORT is the telnet server port for human users to access either the
  node or the BBS.

- FBBPORT is a "raw telnet" port and is meant for BBS forwarding. 
  Evidently FBB uses this protocol, so that's why John named it "FBBPORT".
  I believe if a BPQ BBS forwards to another BPQ BBS via telnet, it will
  also use this protocol. Lastly, the QtTermTCP terminal uses this protocol
  to connect to the node, so the FBBPORT is the port specified in QtTermTCP.

- CMDPORT is used if you want to set up an application such as PE1RRR's
  browser script (see https://github.com/pe1rrr/packet-browser)
