Hi Ken and all,
yes, the error is caused from a bug which affect,
at least, the sally version involved, namely the
[Sally-7.1.032-ABFL2HM
The reason is related to FBB forwarding protocol
which allow a maxinum of five proposal ... the
messages uploaded exceed the 5 imposed.
