Hi all,
note that, the recent LinFBB versions i.e. V7.0.11,
apart the normal forwarding work and little else,
doesn't work (for me) with the AX.25 interface
when they are used over a pure linux AX.25 environment.
I remember that many years ago they functions smootly.
Furthermore, by enabling the POP:SMTP feature the
FBB (when forwarded by an external mailer, i.e.
the Thunderbird) does not distinguish if the msg
to be sent is a SP or a SB: the result is that
each message appears in the FBB PMS *ONLY* as
an SP.
The thing didn't end here: I was tempted to use the
snapshot (i.e. r238 namely the future V7.0.12)
and having the V7.0.11 installed, after stopped
the working linfbb, and made a 'make install'
I found all FBB system damaged, i.e. inf.sys,
dirmes.sys, ... and so a running and unusable
system... so, be advised!
