The Standard IBM Joystick connector utilises a 15 pin Male Db connector:-

   1       Pot common feed
   2       Button  "
   3       X- coordinate slider
   4       Button  "
   5       NC
   6       Y- coordinate slider
   7       NC
   8       NC

Joystick B
   9      Pot Common feed
  10      Button  "
  11      X - coordinate slider.
  12      Button  "
  13      Y - coordinate slider.
  14      NC
  15      NC

  NC = No Connection.
  Pots are 0-100K lin
  The "unused" end of the pots is unconnected.
